Hisense apps not connecting

My YouTube Amazon and even TV apps don't connect to the Internet even though my TV shows an internet connection is present I've checked on chat GPT and it says I need to turn off my optimization to get these to work does anyone know how I can do this?

@Sme1 there is no optimisation setting on Sky hubs. I would fully reboot the TV by turning the mains off until the power led goes out. That alone often sorts issues like these. If it doesnt tgere is not much you can do except check the setting for Sky's Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as if set to a low age it can block certain apps.
