My connection cuts off. We work from home and it is annoying when on zoom mettings. I have tested the wifi and it looks ok. I have also switched the router off and on too. The router is old, we werent given a new one when we changed our contract. Do we need a new one? Or a booster?

The Sky Broadband Hub was released in 2019. The single more recent model is the Max Hub (2023) which can only be obtained through paying monthly for the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
