Hi, I seem to have Wi-Fi, and the tests through this app say everything seems fine, however, I have ‘no internet connection’ and my devices are not connecting to the internet. I'm having to use cellular data.

I am here too looking for answers as I'm having the same issue!
the voice light on my hub is orange, that's the only thing I can see that's different from yesterday. Reset the hub multiple times

Talk light is orange but nothing else different. All looks ok on tests but no internet connection shown on WiFI settings on phone. Very strange and very difficult to actually contact someone at Sky to discuss.

Same issue. Sky deny any problems. Same thing happened 5 weeks ago. Contract nearly up. Might go back to BT.

Same here - for the fourth time in 3 weeks, orange light on "voice" and no WiFi. Same for my friend, who lives 15 mile away but same issues, both always at the same time. Weirdly corrects itself after a day or two - had two engineers around and still like this. I will be leaving Sky...

I have "no know issues" according to my Sky app but haven't been able to connect to the Internet all day.
Can get Sky TV still but no connected services.
In North Yorkshire.
Is it their way of forcing you to take up full fibre broadband or am I just a cynic 🤔
