Hi
Had full fibre fitted on Thursday. No problems, seamless experience. Today I plugged in the phone, and once again, all good. Then suddenly internet went down, but all the tests said that all was fine
Turns out that the system reverted to the original sky name and password. I changed them to something memorable ages ago. So when I put in the original stuff, all was well!
Any idea how I can revert back?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@white-cross So the router did a full factory re-set on you and reverted back to out of the box state? That is something to keep an eye on if it does happen again and then suggest a faulty router.
