At home there is no Internet, no broadband and no tv. Line checks say there is no problem. I am abroad so cannot phone Sky but you won’t talk to my wife.

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
Sky should speak to your wife provided she has the telephone password that Sky will be asking for.
