You are paying for broadband that includes a phone line. The actual phone itself is up to you to buy even though the is probably a photo of a phone when you applied for broadband.

Oh okay 🤣 it's because I've just moved into my own flat so just getting everything sorted so I've got to buy a home phone ? From where ? Do I just connect it to my wifi ?

From Currys, Dixons , Argos or Amazon.
The way its connected depends on if you have landline calls or internet calls.
Landline calls the phone is plugged into a standard mastersocket
Internet calls require the phone to be plugged into the sky hub
