Hello I was just wondering as my broadband has come but not my home phone ?

Yes 🙂 I've paid for a broadband and a home phone but have not received my home phone ?

You are paying for broadband that includes a phone line.  The actual phone itself is up to you to buy even though the is probably a photo of a phone when you applied for broadband.

Oh okay 🤣 it's because I've just moved into my own flat so just getting everything sorted so I've got to buy a home phone ? From where ? Do I just connect it to my wifi ?

@Bb45b68  You can get cheap ones out of a local electrical shop or buy one online.. Which router did Sky send you for your broadband and how many lights are lit from the link below.

From Currys, Dixons , Argos or Amazon.

The way its connected depends on if you have landline calls or internet calls.

Landline calls the phone is plugged into a standard mastersocket

Internet calls require the phone to be plugged into the sky hub
