Help

I have just transferred to Sky and seemingly regretting it immediately as I cannot connect any devices. It says incorrect password 😔

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

@DF05 The password written on the back or underside off the hub is very small, and if you do have the card supplied is just a little easier to read, once you have it in and correct then do write it down, make it as large as you need, and keep it safe for reuse!
