Help

My sky tv constantly freezes and cut outs and doesn't load by my WiFi Works fine And no I do t have sky glass

@ZCjW As you say that you do not have sky Glass, then you do not have a sky branded TV is that correct!

Correct- i bought Internet and sky tv(watching on own tv)

 

Since installing it has done this which is almost a month now - I cant watch a full episode or movie apps work a little better but still freezes - when I check the sky app and do a troubleshoot nothing is ever "wrong"
