Help with my socker i canot plug in the black cabel only the grey one

If you only have one socket on the mastersocket you may have to buy a microfilter.

Can you post a photo of the mastersocket

Unless there's another socket at the address with a prefiltered faceplate (two ports) you'll need to source a plug-in microfilter: widely available online, in hardware stores or even charity shops.

You need a microfilter which can be purchased from dixons, currys. Pc world etc for a few pounds
