Help with plex and enabling remote access

Was hoping someone might be able to help. I've recently set up a plex server and I'm having no luck with the remote access feature. I've tried setting port forwarding but still can't get it to function. I'm also using a tp-link deco S4 AC1200 but only as an access point. If anyone has any tips I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

It would help if you posted screenshots of your port forwarding configuration and the firewall configuration on your plex device
