Help set my new hub up

Ive got a new Internet and when ive set it up its not connecting. It's all on but the light is red not green

You haven't said which hub you have or which light is red. This link explains the lights on the various hubs

@Anitamc What is the activation date for your Broadband connection that sky has given you? That is the date you go live on and not before that time!
