Help no internet

Have been without wifi/Internet access now for over 24 hours and I work from home so this is an absolute nightmare! Hotspotting from my mobile data at the moment.

Have done all of the remedy work such as restarting router, unplugging, resetting etc etc but cannot get any device to connect. I don't have enough technical knowledge to understand the router data.

Sky diagnostics say everything is fine but it obviously isn't. I can't spend all day sat on the phone waiting for an answer and there doesn't seem to be any live chat available now nor an email address. Everything sends me to the forum.  3 green lights are on, on the front of the router.

Any ideas what could be the issue and how I can fix it?

@Jazz56 three green lights should indicate that the hub is connected. If your devices show tgey are connected to the hub try powering down the hub for 60 minutes . There is a fault shere the server node managing your connection doesnt pass data. Disconnecting fircan hour means a new connection. Session is started which should clear the issue.

Re: Help no internet

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I did turn it off for an hour, turned it back on about 10 mins ago and its exactly the same so far... 3 green lights but it's not coming up as a network to connect to.

Re: Help no internet

Please get back to me. This is really ridiculous that we can only communicate on here. As a customer I need the service that I'm paying for or I'm going to have to find another provider. I am losing a days work from home and with all my attempts to contact you I've received one message. Please respond.

@Jazz56 You are not speaking to Sky here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

If you want a response from Sky you will have to call them.

@Jazz56

If you have the white sky hub, there is a WPS button on the side.

Press and HOLD it down until the white light on the front starts flashing green.

When it stops flashing, try and connect your phone or laptop.
