whit light on 2024 white wifi box but unable to connect and if connection does work there’s no wifi

we have a white light on our white 2024 wifi box but unable to connect on any devices, been like it for hours now and have turned off at mains and back on after a while and still nothing, i can't find the reset button on it...connection is completely unavailable

@kirstenjakeman the hub needs resetting press and hold in the wps button on the right handcedge until the frony led flashes green which can take 30 seconds then release and allow the hub to restart.
