Help needed

My internet is down I have green lights apart from voice which is amber I've already reset the box about a hour ago and now no internet but it's been fine for the past hour

My apologies it was flashing amber so I reset everything then was fine for about a hour then the voice light was amber so I've reset it again now I only have a green power light and a green Wi-Fi light other two lights are out and now have no internet

Unfortunately, Sky isn't available currently until the morning, so I'd check in the morning to see whether it is still down if so report the fault to Sky.
