Help needed with connection to WiFi

The WiFi password is not working and the box has already been reset

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
