Help internet down

Hello there is a problem with my Wi-Fi connecting to my TV. I'm trying to watch Netflix and it doesn't seem to be working. I've ran the speed test which seems to be working but nothing is actually working on the TV nor my mobile phone. Please can you help me as soon as possible?

We have the same issue and no one to talk to on the phone it's rubbish
