Help cannot connect to wifi with new sky max hub

I have just moved and I'm changing my sky broadband so I have a new sky max hub and was meant to be connected today, I've set it up as instructed but hub won't connect to WiFi, open reach have checked there end and said refer back to sky, but when I try to get help it's just doing a connection check on my old address? Please help my daughter is driving me mad for WiFi!!

@H.A.D if your hub has white light it is connected to the exchange and the WiFii should work just find the Sky network from the lidt on your device and enter the password as printed on the hub's label or use the QR code . If the LED is not white then you need to call Sky in the morning.
