We have had a new broadband router installed today but we can’t get into wifi
Sky have installed a new broadband router today but we can't get into the WiFi connection, we've turned it off and back on, any ideas?

@Rich1969 if you can see the network SSID printed on the hub's label listed on your devices simply enter the password also on the label . If you cant see the SSID then eithercreset the hub by presingvand holding in the wps button on the white hub for 30 seconds until,the LED starts flashing rapidly green or press and hold in the reset pin on the blackmhub until the power led starts flashing.
