Help - WiFi issue

Our WiFi doesn't seem to working correctly. Phones and iPads buffering, I'm unable to work from home.

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

Have you tried unplugging your router for a couple mins, then plugging it back in?

Are all devices suffering?

Hi. I've rest rooter, knocked off by the socket. I'm just getting green power light, green WiFi, no light on internet.

I'm getting the same. Have tried a reboot Sky checker says its fine but the router has no Internet light.

Checked connection on app, and all okay

Thank you, glad I'm not the only one. There definitely must be an issue
