Help; New Broadband customer

HELP

Im due to have SKY broadband tomorrow, I am told an engineer will call tomorrow to switch to fibre and make the transfer. However the outreach engineer called early without notice last week, I also have received the Sky box. Do I just plug it all in tomorrow or will another engineer call?

If you are switching to full fibre an engineer will be required to install the cable into your home & fit an ONT (Optical Network Terminal)
