Hello

My sky broadband doesn't seem to be working well. I watch the free view channels on my smart TV and they are constantly buffering I can't watch for more than 40 second with out buffering . Is there anything u can help with please ?

 These streaming channels i assume as freeview as such is delivered by a tv transmitter.

 

Could you post your router statistics as shown below
