Nor do two-thirds of UK properties.

Presumably you're responding to an instruction from Sky to advise them this is the case, but that can't happen through this forum.

Are you expecting Sky Broadband to be provisioned? Is this a new address? Which service have you ordered? It there evidence that FTTP has been in place in the past but an ONT has been removed?
