@Nonsobc  Did you book a home move through Sky?  Where you given an activation date?

 

Without doing the home move your broadband doesn't follow you when you move as it needs to be disconnected at your old address and connected at your new address.

@Nonsobc  Did you book a home move through Sky?  Where you given an activation date?

Unfortunately if you didn't book the move through Sky, you're now facing at least a two week wait. As @GD1 indicates, a broadband service does not follow an ISP router around the national telecommunication network: it's specifically provisioned by Openreach at a particular address and that has a minimum ten working day lead time.

No I moved home without booking it. So what do I do now?
