Hbb cutting out

WiFi keeps cutting out in the morning when I work from home! Nothing been sorted even when it says I have 300 MBPS

Was also told I would receive GWG for the first month as I was a new customer and I made a complaint before my sky even started! Now been told I am getting charged for the month!
