Having to turn off devices

Right I am getting increasingly frustrated with your service we have had to turn off 3 devices connected to WiFi to watch the tv the service is sub standard you are not fulfilling your end of the deal,you take enough money each month!

This broadband really needs sorting out to having to keep switching off 3 devices for WiFi is just ridiculous

I presume you don't realise we are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

Wi-Fi and broadband are different. Wi-Fi is the wireless connection between your hub and your devices. Broadband is the internet connection provided by your ISP (Sky).
