Having problems getting an update on a open job

I have made several calls, to be told everything that my broadband will be fixed that day.  When I call it does appear that there are limited details on my account, I keep being offered other services and goods. 

 

All I want to know is when my broadband will be fixed. My first visit was 27th June

@Ekampreet2  What was done on the first visit and why could the fault not be resolved? Did the engineer tell you anything?

@Ekampreet2 What was the Activation date that you where given from sky, you may have it in an e-mail, text or even marked on the Hub Box if you got a new hub that is!
