Edge, I have used teh pop up in the left side of the screeen and sent a message but there was no current message in there

Hi there,
My router was supposed to be delivered today but has not arrived. However, the tracking states that 'sender has despatched item'. No change since Sunday 19th on tracking. I am concerned that it is close to Christmas and we have already been waiting 2 weeks for the wifi.

I had the same issue due to the postal strike. It is really easy you just need a router compatible with dhcp 61. Google it and you'll find plenty of routers that are compatible, I was lucky that one that I had already worked. My Sky Hub arrived this week and I have not even bothered taking it out of the box.

I've had no message even saying my router is being sent. This is very frustrating

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Geoffm1970 there was an issue that we are told is now sorted so check the My Orders section in the My Sky app. Hopefully it should show tracking information if it doesnt and your activation is within the next 2 or 3 days call Sky.
