Recently been having trouble with Wi-Fi connectivity to our TV and PS4. Ran speed tests and the "speed to your hub" was red. Download speeds for the previous 14(?) days were consistently below the guaranteed speeds and significantly below the "average speeds" at the busiest time of day... I've been through the "let's fix it" steps and it hasn't helped. The fact that it has worked perfectly fine and now doesn't, with no interaction or interference with the setup, suggests it's and external issue. I'd either like a refund for the paying for something I haven't received or a complimentary upgrade at the very least.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TheRiddler you may due compensation but thst is only paid once you have reported the fault and Skybhaven't got it fixed. If the app is not offering an engineer to check which it should then you need to talk to Sky pronto. To help with thst I am escalating your post to a Sky team who will message you later today inviting you onto a private chat through the forum where a chat button will appear.
