For new installations the hub is normally dispatched in time to arrive a day or two before your activation date.

@Kalsingh8  Your other threads raised regarding not being able to setup stream pucks & no TV aps access have been deleted.

 

As you have no router you can't connect any devices or watch live TV, you need an active broadband connection & a hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
