Have internet on all devices but can only watch normal tv as screen states no network connection. I have followed instructions to reset but no good

@Lash2 if other devices connect to the hub but the TV doesn't check the network settings on the TV. Assuming there is a wifi connection then check the TV has an IP address in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254 if it hasn't try resetting the TV to get the settings from the router.
My own TV kit was giving similar issues last weekend which were cured by a full reboot of the hub. It wasn't obvious what was causingbthe fault but there is a reason why every tech support script contains the request first the user reboots every bit of kit as often it clears obscure faults. When rebooting a TV disconnect the power until the power led goes out as otherwise the menory is not cleared.
