Those letters/emails were going out just after 21 January.

Yep , some customers still pay line rental and calls to one company and broadband to another. But the idea is to give customers choice but not sure what'll happen to the line rental if they want seperate providers

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf they do nothing they'll still be able to use their phone, but eventually the calls will revert to their line rental provider and they may end up being charged more as they won't have an inclusive calls package.

I've had the same text and message in my inbox on sky account saying the same that I've cancelled and we havent we still have time in our contract so end dates not up either. This must be a system error?!

Recieved message saying my provider iss changing and charges will be sent via letter, any questions call 03337 594 684. This came through on the thread from sky where I get my monthly mobile bill text through from them. Will call from landline tomorrow but I'm concerned. If scam how does it show om official sky message thread
