My HUB box was supposed to be redelivered on the 13th and I still do not have it. I have been paying for a service I do not have and would like this taken off my bill next month and I would also like to receive my HUB box. Does anyone know who I can contact or how?? I know there's no way I will get it before christmas but there is no update, its just lost and I need it to be able to work

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

What leads you to believe it is 'lost' and not just in a big pile outside a Royal Mail sorting office with a couple of foxes trying to get a signal?
