HTTPS Only enabled

I have today moved to sky broadband from BT and now struggling to connect devices to the WiFi.

I am trying to connect my Bose smart speaker with Alexa but it keeps coming up with the message ' Safari can't open the page. The error was 'Navigation failed because the request was for HTTP URL with HTTPS-Only enabled'

Never had this problem on BT so what do I need to change in my settings either IOS or my Sky Max Hub?

@Shazzy+Dee Since you have only just joined, would go look at your account, check the Broadband Shield product setting and turn it to off, you can always adjust it lower level later! Takes a few hours for it all to filter through!
