I have just rung the helpline asking for help with my wifi. I was told there could be an issue? 

I was told to go online and test broadband and wifi,  which I have done so .they are telling me there is no problem?? But I'm still having wifi issues? what can I do? Please?

What exactly is your issue?

Is your broadband down or is the WiFi just slow?

Thank you......I have no wifi whatsoever on my mobile at home. Never been a problem until a few days ago it's just gone!!

@HS7 the lights on the hub can help, diagnose the issue see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start if you follow that trouble shooter it should tell you what to do.
