HELP!!
I moved into my new Flat on Monday and have tried to set up my new Sky broadband. My Optical network Terminal box is showing a fault and my broadband doesn't work when plugged in! I have no clue what to do and need this fixed asap to work from home

Re: HELP!!
@Lauren508 What was the activation date that you where given from sky for the service to go live and then start, the fault may be completely irrelavent but you may wish to say what the lights and colours on the ONT are!
Also the Electronic version off the supplied document that is in the box, but it is a lot better when you have a problem, Linked below!

Re: HELP!!
@Lauren508 Has your service been activated by Sky and Openreach?
If it has you will have to call Sky to report the issue, be aware that the target time for any fixes is 2 working days and that starts the day after you report the issue(so it would be Friday at the earliest), working from home does not get you any priority as you are using a domestic only service.

Re: HELP!!
@Lauren508 If you had Sky broadband at your last property did you ask for a home move to the new property?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.
