HELP! nightmare organising relocation of master socket

I am looking for help. Over the last 4 weeks I have made 5 phone calls to sky to book a master socket relocate. Paid £65 and on first call, booked in.

technician did not arrive on said day, rang back to rebook, no issue but then received a text 'we have been unable to book your master socket relocate, please call for further info'. I call up, no explanation, just re-book. This has now happened on 4 occasions. I am at my wits end and no idea how to move this on?!
many ideas please do let me know.

@Jayne141 it sounds as though Openreach or the Sky engineers who do the work are rejecting the order after you place it. Its difficult to know why but often the local team know that a proposed move is impossible to do.

I would call Sky and rather than rebooking ask them if there are notes as to why the job is not going through and get a refund of your payment.
