HELP!!! Failed Full Fibre install, Sky advisors at a loss
I ordered sky wifi max back in Jan I a standard Broadband connection - no issues
Fast forward to Oct and Sky offered free upgrade to Full Fibre which I accepted - wish I hadn't!
oct 17th - OpenReach installed the fibre and ONT. no connection to internet. OR engineer tried a few things but gave up after a couple of hours stating the issue appears to be with the Sky side and advised me to call them up.
Called Sky and went through various router reset routines but still no luck. Advisor said he was going to book another OR engineer for following day.
Oct 18 - OR engineer arrived and tested the line back to exchange and tried a diff router, still no luck . Advised to call Sky again.
called Sky again and wen through the router reset routines again. Still no internet. Advisor said it needs escalating to tech support an they would be in touch
Oct 21 - SMS from Sky advising new router being sent out which will resolve the issue
Oct 23 - new router arrived, which I installed an still internet. Backing phone to Sky and again went through various router reset routines. My patience really starting to fade now!
advisor said he needs to escalate to tech team am he'll call me back in3 days
The routers all get to pulsating green light stage and stay like this
the ONT box has all green lights
for some reason I have two accounts set up for broadband which the latest advisor said was odd
The routers aren't showing in the MySky app which again the adviser said was odd.
has anyone experienced this and if so what can be done w to resolve this mess.
In work from home so internet is essential, and tethering to my phone isn't good enough for what I do
im thinking I just tell Sky to cancel everything and I'll try my luck with PlusNet

Forgot to mention when my
iphone tries to connect to the router I get an error message about a security certificate not being trusted

@jack+xavier The sky Hub flashing green light is more to worry about at present, stopping the connection to the network!
