Green internet light middle of the 3 lights keeps going from green to orange so I assume something i

The Green internet light middle light out of the three keeps going from green to oranagr

then internet in house stops - takes a few mins then the light goes back to green again. Can anyone help me with what is going on and why? We never had a problem before only started recently thanks
