Granulated Netflix and slow computer internet

Over the last 4 weeks we have experienced slow performance using the internet and have reset our router without any improvement. I would like to raise a case even though our connection seems okay according to the "sky connection tool" this is not what is experienced in day to day usage. //Sean

If you have a black sky router could you post your broadband statistics
