Got sky 500 internet
On my sky up it's saying Im receiving 100 megabits per second which is still 300 megabits below the guarantee that in actual fact I'm barely receiving 40 megabits download

@Reseigh the app,measures speed to the hub if your speed is only 100Mb/s then if you click on the broadband link it should offer support to get the issue sorted if it doesnt call Sky because slow spedds over full fibre are very rare. The speed to your device is likely simply measuring the local wifi speed which is not guaranteed.
