Google chromebooks keep losing internet connection
My old windows 8 laptop works fine but two Google Chromebooks from different makers keep losing connection and won't reconnect sometimes for hours. I have tried many things including restarting the router and putting the laptops back to factory settings but the same thing keeps happening. Could changing the WIFI channel help and if so, how do I do it?

Re: Google chromebooks keep losing internet connection
@francine50 From what you have posted, take a look and say which sky Hub you have from the link below, i would say you have either the Sky Q Hub, or the Sky Broadband Hub!

Re: Google chromebooks keep losing internet connection
Thanks for your reply, everything else is working as it should, it is only our two Google Chromebooks that keep dropping the connection, however, the situation seems to have improved a bit since I posted the enquiry and I have no idea why. I am going to buy a dongle for the Chromebooks in the hope that it will solve the problem. Thanks for your help.

Re: Google chromebooks keep losing internet connection
@francine50 No problem if no joy you may have to check which hub and the chromebook channel frequency, possible splitting the bands may help if the wi-fi is getting confused with were to go!
