Google Safe Search locked and enabled.

Has anyone else noticed this week that when using sky broadband that the explicit results filter is enagagued and unable to be changed.

Here is what i have been able to figure out.

1. Contacted google 
   1. Google has said it is nothing to do with my account.
2. Tried from my phone on WiFi
   1. SafeSearch locked 
3. Switched Phone back to 5g
   1. safe search is disabled. 
4. On Pc  - While connected to SKY - initiated a VPn
   
   1. safe search is disabled. 
   2. 
5.  Its not related to Sky Shield  - as its disabled. 
   1. 

Is anyone else experencing this issue?

Hi @Marc9991 as a new customer to Sky, your Broadband Shield will be turned on.

@Coo-er-GoshHave you tried using another browser to get to the page. If you can't get to it you will need to login to your account and go to broadband shield or use the Sky app.

Hey All, 

New sky customer here, and have noticed that my safe search is on and wont turn off. I have disabled Broadband Shield but this has not made any difference. I have also tried to turn broadband shield back to 18's Only, but it wont let me do it. 

I have tried using my ipad via its own data for the internet and it works fine, and doesn't block anything.

Any ideas?

I come back to Sky broadband and found that  explicit results filter is enagagued and can't find a way to turn it off.I got it to work with my iPhone by using sky data and using hotspot.But will not work with Wi-Fi.

I used credit card to prove that I over 18 so can use 4G but not really fast enough.

Set to 18 working now.

If turning off Broadband Shield doesn't work - try accessing the router and in the Security tab change "Block Keywords" to "Never"

I am at another location on different WiFi and went in the sky app and saw it's got safe search enabled so I set it to "18 and over" 

I'll see when I get home!
