Glitch when ordering WiFi booster

I've been trying to order WiFi Max for several hours. I get to the final screen to add the order to my existing subscription and I get stuck. Clicking "place order" does nothing. I've tried every help menu I can, I've tried the AI chat but nothing seems to be able to put this order through. Can you help?

 

It seems from the posts on here I'm not the first to hit this issue. I'm aware I can phone but I'm struggling with hearing issues at the moment, hence trying to order online.
