I had tried all these things with no joy - eventually after 4 days of no home phone / wi fi and broadband tv - another advisor helped me and on day 5 it was finally solved with a replacement hub / router- fingers crossed this one lasts longer than 4 months

Re: Glasgow’s wi fi problem
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Glasgow’s wi fi problem
Same issue here still as well. TV is back now and working again (sky stream) and many devices appear to be connecting to the WiFi again, when they couldn't previously. But internet not working for my work laptop and incredibly slow on my mobile when connected to WiFi. This has been an issue since last Thursday evening yet the other chat thread was marked as resolved then closed 🫤
