Give up

Wifi dropping all the time 1 hour 30 minute film taking 3 hours to watch and paying over £50 per month for this only and being VIP gold what ever that help is. I did write something before this but just denied when sending so give up now and if nothing changes won't be staying after the 12 month contract what was CHOSEN for me

@Chris1705 If you dial 150 from your landline, you can have sky run a test to see if anything is shown to them, also the link below if you wish to do so yourself!

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
