Gigfast+ not working

Hi,

 

I've signed up for a Gigfast+ 5Gbps connection over CityFiber. I've moved from Yayzi. The connection was supposed to have been activated yesterday (08/09) but it's bot currently working. Issued raised with Sky but I was told I could take the network team 3 days to even start looking at the issue. What the hell?

 

I work from home, so not having a connection is having a big impact. If this doesn't get sorted in the next few days I'm going back to my previous provider.

Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service therefore whilst it's fine for customers who work from home to use it for that purpose they won't receive additional or quicker support.



Sky Q, 3 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!
