Gigafast maximum speed

To those on Gigafast What is the best speed you have got ?

I'm on gigafast, was expecting 900meg as we're close to a kerbside box, however we're connected at around 670meg, sometimes higher or lower than they, weirdly though my Xbox which is hardwired to the router reads over 1000meg when I do a speed test and will download games at over 800 meg

Proximity to a cabinet shouldn't be relevant to FTTP anyway: it's not like FTTC where the amount of speed drop is proportional to the length of the copper portion of the circuit (between cabinet and subscription address)
