Discussion topic: Gigafast+ Hub Delivery Times

Hello,

After some delay, CityFibre finally connected my building and I was able to order a much upgraded fiber broadband from Sky.

The CityFibre installation is due on the 22nd October in less than a week, but the Gigafast hub has not yet been dispatched.

From experience, is it normal for Sky to send the hub at the last minute ? Or should I contact them at this point ?

They sent my hub out 3 days before activation date. Royal Mail 48.

Despatch is typically timed for arrival about three days before the scheduled activation date.
