Gfast
Is the only ways to get off gfast with sky, downgrade your service so you can then take fibre or move to a different provider? I know that the fibre has been installed to the pole outside my house. But sky still says I have the fastest service available. A house on the same pole as mine has placed an order for fibre.

That does appear to be the case, yes.

Re: Gfast
Do an online check of your area and see what that tells you first, I know it sounds daft but the pole outside my as full fibre connection on but my line comes off a different pole so it could be to do with that, that's how I found out about my line and had to wait until that pole was updated

Re: Gfast
I had read that this was the case and for the life of me cannot understand why. You would have thought people with gfast are willing to pay more for a faster service so would be a good customer bracket to get upgraded. I guess sky make enough money already.
