I can't get my sky app says l am not in this country. I tried to get WiFi on old iPad still no good trying different things. On BT no problem

@atella Try leaving your router off for 30 minutes to see if gains a new public IP to see if that fixes the issues.

How old is this old IPad?

A really vintage model might struggle with the default wireless encryption from a current Sky Hub, particularly if it's the white Max Hub.
